The Modular Distribution Power (MDP) strip is our basic PDU geared toward cost conscious buyers needing highly reliable non-metered power distribution.

Vertical MDPs – ZeroU

The MDPs are BayTech’s only PDU Series that does not have a controller so it is not network programmable. There are 128 standard part numbers ranging from 8 output receptacles up to 42. All of these units are a ZeroU chassis height (1.97 inches).

Horizontal MDP – Rackmount

There are about 80 standard MDP part numbers that are horizontally rackmounted ranging from 4 to 24 output receptacles. This series is available in a 1U or 2U Height.

Features

LCD Display

Easily monitor input power as well as branch circuit power utilizing BayTech's easy to read color display. Displays turns red if alarm condition exists.

Sensor Ports

Monitor environmental conditions with two built-in sensor ports. Standard sensors include Temperature and Humidity.

All internal connections are secured with locking aids. Power connections utilize a lock washer as well as a nylon locknut.

PCB Mounted Recpetacles
PCB Mounted Recpetacles

Receptacles are securely mounted to a PCB. This has proven to be much more reliable than ISD's (Insulation Displacement) and hand soldered wires.
